At Biodock, customer trust and safety is our first priority. We understand that your experimental data is your #1 asset, and we’ve established the highest standards for data security and privacy.
Our data is encrypted at rest and in-transit and we undergo strict third-party security reviews. We’re proud that the Biodock platform is AICPA SOC 2 Type II certified, the gold standard for cloud security.
Built on secure infrastructure
Biodock uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host our staging and production data computing environments. AWS data centers are monitored by 24×7 security, biometric scanning, video surveillance and are SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 certified.
Our authentication, database and file storage mechanisms are ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type II certified. All Biodock employees sign nondisclosure agreements restricting them from sharing information learned while handling customer data.
Enterprise-level application security
Data Encryption
Data is always encrypted in-transit using bank-grade TLS 1.2. Data is encrypted at rest using native AWS AES-256 master keys.
Access and Training
Data access is limited to authorized employees who need it for their job. All employees complete annual security training.
Software Development
Biodock uses both manual and automatic vulnerability checks to ensure safety during software development.
Penetration Tests
Biodock works with industry leading security firms to perform annual network and application layer penetration tests.
Keep your IP secure
All of our contracts come with the IP standards that you are looking for. You own all of the experimental insights and therapeutic IP discovered using the platform, and your data is never sold or shared.
